Schemes

The Chandigarh Administration has provided various incentives to the students of Primary and the Upper Primary classes of Non-Modal Schools in order to encourage better attendance of the students. Attendance Scholarship for the Girls, Scholarships to the SC/ST students, Talent Scholarship to SC/ST students, Free Tex Books to SC/ST Boys, Free Exercise Books and Free Winter/Summer Uniform to all the students of Non-Model schools upto  8 class.

Extra Coaching classes for the SC/ST and similar benefits of  coaching classes for economically weaker and socially backward students have  been started in a phased manner.
